I agree I've heard that it's really good. My friend bought some and she said the caffeine in it is a bunch so I decided not to take it since I was taking Phen. I don't want to feel like my skin is crawling. If I were you I would not adding extra caffeine may not be good. I've also stopped drinking reg. drinks because I didn't want to add the extra sugar. But if you really are considering taking it just try it once and see how it makes yu feel and if you feel a little weird on it stop. Oh yea the black box is what she bought good luck.

The chinese have been drinking oolong tea for many many years and supposedly is older than even green tea. the tea is supposed to cut through the fat making it easier to digest and contains more antioxidants than green teae. - Lee
