Kona Blend should be called expensive Columbian Blend February 17, 2008 The pods work well with the Senseo coffee maker, but the Kona Blend tastes like watered down Folger's. I tried the Moka Java flavor and it's much better
Not impressed January 29, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I'm not someone who likes their coffee to get up and walk away so I don't want it strong, but I do want to taste the coffee. I went by the reviews here when I ordered the pods, but after drinking 2cups I have to say I'm not impressed. With one pod it's weak, with two it's a little better, but that's expensive. Since my little coffee maker does great with other pods I have to believe the problem is with these pods and not the coffee maker.
Works great in Senseo machine November 19, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Great Product...Great taste and "Easy to Open" Foil bag (don't listen to other reviews!) The Bag has a Precut slit on both sides of the foil bag(I love that foil bag!) I protects the flavor and freshness of the pod. I was concerned before I bought the pods because I could not find out if it would fit my Senseo but...now I know!
Black Mountain Gold Rocks my Mornings! March 24, 2007 Great pod coffee! I highly recommend it. Brews a wonderful cup of coffee with my B & D Home Cafe machine.
Great Coffee, Lousy Packaging June 29, 2006 4 out of 7 found this review helpful
I almost lowered the number of stars because of the packaging this coffee comes in You've got to be strong as an ox or have a sharp object in your hands if you want to get to the coffee. The foil packages the pods come in are fine - and easy to open too, but the outer box is a bear. I just usually grab hold and pull, tearing the thing from top to bottom. I wish they would simply make the box like most manufacturers do and make the top an easy opening one. I offends my delicate sensibilities to tear the box to shreds so I can get at the goodies inside.
As I said in the title, Great Coffee, Lousy Packaging
