Decent pods at a good price September 30, 2008
Chose these pods mainly on price; I was looking for a "name-brand" coffee that wouldn't break the bank. They're pretty good, but not as good as Illy or Starbucks. I'll probably try a few other brands before settling on one in particular.

I have been ordering and enjoying the pod samplers from espressomerchant on Amazon and wanted a little more consistency in my morning espresso. These Lavazza pods have been great so far. Great crema, wonderful taste, consistently good. I will not hesitate to purchase them again from this merchant.

I really loved the taste of this coffee
I personally like the taste of Lavazza coffee
better than that of Illy coffee.
Both of them are excellent, but Lavazza has its
own unique taste to it.
It is reasonably priced also.
It's just great.

I was dissappointed with the consistency of shots with these pods. Some of them are excellent while others are awful and watery. I think the packaging is very inconsistent. I would anyday use the starbucks pods- they are way more consistent
Not compatible with HomeCafe December 30, 2005

This item is not compatible with HomeCafe. However I used them in my regular espresso machine instead of my regular espresso and it was delicious. At least the pods won't go to waste even if they don't work in the machine I bought them for!!
