This book is pretty interesting. It contains numerous recipes and these don't include completely exotic materials that you could only obtain by traveling to foreign countries-you can get most of the spices at a health food store or on the Internet. Her opening was very interesting. All in all, it's a respectable read.

We use this book a lot in our little tea shop. There are many tea remedies formulas that are very tasty and helpful. The general information on the different plants is very good too! Very complete and clear to understand. Truly a great source book to have handy.

Many people drink herbal teas simply because they are wanting to avoid caffiene. Herbal teas are really a wonderul method of creating natural, gentle, safe, and effective holistic remedies. This book is a lovely introduction to blending (tea) herbs for health and pleasure.
