The book is wonderful. I love the history, the art and the receipes are wonderful. I will be purchasing a few for Christmas gifts.

All of Elizabeth Knight's books have been enchanting! This one, however, is very, very special. The content inspires a host/hostess to plan an event to share with special fiends in the home environment serving up foods, tea and hospitality. The history herein calls us all to travel. Exquisite!
