As Antonio says, you won't get a jet-launcher amount of caffeine from these -- three of them is equal to a can of pop. But the strong peppermint gives you a boost while you're waiting for the caffeine to kick in, and I've found that it delivers just the right amount for making it through a boring meeting or long car trip. Once I started handing them around, others in my family have caught the fever. These zippy little mints don't make you jittery or give you a caffeine withdrawal headache -- just a boost when you need it.

I find these mints pretty strong tasting, not particularly sweet, and, when when fresh (they come wrapped), quite flavorful. Don't expect much of a caffeine boost, though.
