If you do order this product order from someone other than Greensfirst
itself. I wish I had. I ordered 9-23-08 and never have got it after repeated calls to Greens First. I was even yelled at by a customer service rep. I will never order again have filed a complaint witb the BBB.

I have been using Green's First for about 10 years. I love the bright, freash taste of it. Using this product has improved my general well being and digestion. I have tried some other products at times, but always return to Green's First.

I am not a dr. and the following is purely anecdotal, and I would certainly recommend that anyone contemplating using GreensFirst consult someone who, unlike me, is a dr. -- same as with any other OTC med. HOWEVER ... I can say that, before discovering G/F (thanks to my naturopath), I could set my watch by coming down with 2 or 3 or 4 really bad colds every fall / winter. After G/F 6 yrs ago, I have had a grand total of 2 colds, and they were quite mild. Again, I am not a dr., but for me, G/F has had a powerful effect in terms of making my immune system more robust. JIM

This is the only great tasting green supplement I have ever used. I have been using it daily for over a year. It mixes quickly and has no noticeable consistency. It contains Stevia extract, an herb that gives it a clean sweet taste. Greens First is nothing like other "pond" tasting green supplements I have sampled in the past.

This wonderful greens drink has really changed the way my family eats. Because it tastes good, they are not afraid to get the greens in their diet. It's a nice drink in the morning or post-workout. It's also good if you mix it with a protein shake (chocolate or vanilla) for a nice taste. In my opinion, it tastes better whens its really cold. Highly recommend, and it's also highly prescribed by my doctor.
