| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description The most convenient teapot you will find anywhere - we guarantee it. When tea is ready, simply place it atop your cup. This will cause a valve at the bottom to release: crystal-clear tea flows down, while the mesh filter retains all the leaves. Super easy to clean and dishwasher safe. And its microwaveable - perfect for the office or the road. You will wonder how you got along without one.

Great tea! Cup ok! November 27, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Great teas! I have bought several of the variety packs and have been impressed with the quality of the tea for the price. However, I have also had problems getting the filter to stay in once the water is hot (see reviews for other items with this cup). Filter will stay down when cold water is in it but when the water gets hot in the microwave it floats up and you have to push it down with a spoon for awhile to get it to stay. Or if you boil water on the stove and then pour it in the cup, the filter will not stay in place either. Overall generally happy with the purchase!
Love this Product May 1, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
We first used this item at a cafe in St. Augustine, FL, and had to have one. It works so much better with loose leaf teas than tea balls that we have now switched completely to loose leaf tea instead of tea bags. A glass version would be nice, but we still love it!

Easy to use - great tea April 21, 2006 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
We received this as a gift, and really enjoy it. It's easy to use and to clean. The tea is great, too. A really nice gift! The instructions are on the box, so don't toss it until you've read them.
Poor Customer Service March 20, 2006 5 out of 7 found this review helpful
This tea set was ordered as shown but the pot never arrived. In spite of paying extra to get "expedited service" (1 to 3 days promised), the package took eight days to arrive. The company has never responded to any of three e-mails. Be careful.
